Our office specializes in single family home projects. We are setup to provide a complete solution for architectural design, project management and work supervision. We use a methodical process beginning with concept definition through the completion of construction and final touches. The same methodical should be applied to new construction as well as remodeling in order to achieve the desired results.

Lot selection: We help the client understand the potential of the considered lots, what are their advantages, disadvantages and limitations, and if how realistic it would be to realize his aspirations in a given lot.
Conceptual Plan: Actively support the customer and lead the process from the initial stage of defining goals and recognizing needs and dreams. We work with the customer to refine ideas and initial drawings towards the creation of an optimal conceptual plan. Functionality, style, location, budget, schedule and construction preferences are all considered and will be reflected in the outcome.
Design: In the detailed architectural design process we submit the plans for acquiring a building permit and continue detailing the plans while incorporating all relevant elements and home systems.
Project Management: We assist and facilitate selection of multiple contractors and specialists, helping the customer to make informed decisions to achieve the desired result, in accordance with budget considerations. Throughout all the construction activities we manage the budget and coordinate contractors and supplies, while controlling the timetable.
Supervision: Our intimate knowledge and understanding of the building and its various systems, enables ensuring that all suppliers and professionals fully adhere to plans and specifications. Many real time issues and errors are corrected and resolved on the spot. Frequent visits and significant presence of project supervisors results in meticulous work execution yielding an optimal result, which is of great satisfaction to our customers and to us.
