We work in all the regions of Israel. Our projects are spread out from Kfar Tavor and Nofit in northern Israel, to the Yoav Regional Council in the south. Naturally, our comfort zone is within a one hour driving distance from our office in Caesarea.

Being first and foremost an architectural design firm, we try to mostly supervise the construction of houses we designed ourselves. We rarely take on the task of supervising another designer’s project.

Quite the contrary. We believe the architect is the best supervisor. The purpose of close supervision is to ensure that the architectural plans and the spirit of the design are implemented in the field with no deviations. There is no one more qualified for the job of supervisor than the architect, who knows the plans intimately. This is not a situation of “a cat guarding the cream”. The architect does not supervise the planning, only the execution.

Green construction is not a particular method, but a collection of planning decisions, construction and finish material selection, and systems we implement constantly throughout the construction process. Beyond the common elements of isolation and energy conservation, achieved through the correct selection of systems and materials, we have also gathered knowledge of special systems, including systems for collecting, recycling, and reusing greywater, collecting rainwater, etc.

Classical inspiration is the choice of using (wherever possible) principles of aesthetics and design that have withstood the test of time, such as proportion, harmony, and symmetry. The top priority is always the creation of a warm and inviting home that emanates peace and tranquility.

Yes. Some of our clients choose, for various reasons, to receive architectural services only, and not to use our budget planning and supervision services. In these cases, we provide all of our architectural services, and also recommend that the client employ other professionals for the rest of the services, all of which are vital for the project’s success.

From our experience, the preliminary planning stage takes from 3 to 9 months. This length of time is necessary for the client to achieve the intense understanding of the meaning of the design in order to define his or her exact needs. It is also necessary for the client to take some time to seriously think about every aspect, and consider various alternatives, before he or she finally gives us a “green light” to continue. After that, it takes 3 to 4 months for a building permit to be issued. This time period may vary greatly. It is dependent upon the bureaucracy of the local planning and construction committee. In cases where The Israel Land Administration is involved, there may be additional delays that are beyond our control.
